By submitting the form, I understand that my Wholey Save Card is valid only at Wholey's and must be presented at the time of purchase. As a Save Card holder, I agree that Wholey's may record and use my purchase information. I will promptly notify Wholey's if my card is lost or stolen. I understand that my Save Card is non-transferable, and if lost I agree to pay the current card replacement fee. Wholey's will never share or sell your information.
